Privacy notice

Only what you type into the consultation form: your name, email address, the organisation, community or Nation you represent, your role, the type and location of the project, your message, and — if you choose to give them — your phone number, timeline, approximate budget range and how you heard about us.

We also record which page you submitted the form from, and the date and time. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising trackers or third-party embeds.

To read your enquiry and reply to it. That is the only purpose. We do not sell, rent or share this information, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Submissions are stored in a Supabase database and emailed to the studio. Access is restricted to the studio; the database is configured so that only our server can write to or read it. Data may be processed outside Canada by these providers.

We keep enquiries for as long as they are useful to an active or prospective project, and delete them on request.

Under Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it.
